It is important for you to have a well laid out plan of your web design before you even begin to try your hand at the new coding. Your website should be quick to load, laid out with no confusion for new visitors, and easy to read so they know exactly what your site is about the second it loads. If your visitor is confused for only a second they are more than likely going to head to one of your competitor’s sites.

A clean cut web design is what sells the most as your customers will not be confused, they will love the clean look, and know exactly what you are going to sell. If you try to overload your website with too much text and images, it can become so overwhelming that the message you are trying to send can be completely lost.

Once you have taken the time to draw out a clear and concise web design, you can start learning the technical information to make it happen. Don’t expect to have a website overnight; it can take different amounts of time for everyone as no one learns at the same speed.
